30 Loan Officers flew to Nashville last week.

The 2-day Intensive is called “How to Create a Profitable Personal Brand”

The concept is simple…

I’ve done it myself and it’s the reason I have been able to capture a significant portion of the referral market in a very short time.

On day one, I teach Loan Officers how to get in front of Realtors who actually have referrals to send you (the top 5% are the only ones with deals right now).

We use 3 different strategies:

  1. A Direct Outreach System

This is a system that creates a meaningful touch in a non-invasive way. Cold calling, text, and email are very invasive and will destroy your reputation. You need to earn the right to use these methods. A direct outreach system is how you will eventually earn this right.

  1. One-To-Many

I need more than a paragraph to explain to you how this strategy generates so much business. While still second to direct outreach, this strategy is nearly just as profitable (the LOs in my coaching program think this strategy makes more money than direct outreach… but I disagree).

  1. Expert Positioning Strategy

You need to show referral partners what you’re good at, why you’re good at it, and how they can use it to make more money. 

These are the only 3 strategies you need to establish your personal brand (in my opinion anything more than this is just annoying). 

On day two, I teach Loan Officers how to create their personal brand. I do this on day two only because it makes more sense to do it second. However, in real life, your brand needs to be created BEFORE you start marketing.

Marketing is a waste of time if you lack an identity. I would recommend being very careful marketing prior to establishing your personal brand. Your reputation is built over time. So, make sure that your marketing is broadcasting a reputation that accurately shows Realtors who you are.
