Many Loan Officers will read this and roll their eyes. “What does finding your purpose have to do with becoming a super successful Loan Officer?” It has everything to do with becoming one of the top LOs.

People don’t choose the loan product or the loan process… They choose the person they admire most. Some of the top Loan Officers in this industry are working for large companies selling the highest rates in the country… and they are KILLING IT!
