Despite what everyone will tell you about cold calls and working your ass off… the best Loan Officers in the industry aren’t doing it. Even if they tell you they are doing it… they aren’t (trust me, I’m friends with them… they aren’t doing that BS that everyone hates).

Success at the highest level comes to those who are following a recipe for success that actually results in the life they want most. As humans, we aren’t as money motivated as we pretend to be. Money comes to those that deserve it.

Who deserves the most money?

• The people who protect their time and spend it with their kids and loved ones.
• The people who want to work less so that they can use their unique abilities to help others who used to be like them.
• The people who are going first even though they are afraid and would rather someone else goes before them.
• The people who quit doing something because it’s no longer making them into the person they want to be.
• The people who are brave enough to do things their way despite what other people tell them to do.

Money flows to those that are making a difference. The people who have found their purpose in life and are looking for ways to share it with others.

There’s no shortage of people working too much. There’s no shortage of people who make a lot of money. So, if you are expecting your hours at work or your bank account to earn you respect… you might want to think again.

You will make far more money when you are following a recipe that will actually yield the life you want.
