Can you feel it?
The lack of direction…
The uncertainty…
You can only feel like this for so long before it starts to affect your well-being.
It’s easy to say that you’d be “happy” if your 2020 and 2021 production numbers came back.
But, were you really that fulfilled back then?
Being a Loan Officer can and should be very enjoyable. I’ve never seen a more diverse industry with so many avenues for income. There is always a way to make great money without doing things you don’t want to do.
That being said, will you have to work a bit more right now to hit your desired income number? Yes, maybe so.
However, if that work didn’t feel like work… would it be that hard to do more of it?
INdesign has always been a different kind of coaching program. I don’t tell people what to do (that’s not coaching… that’s consulting). Instead, we build a business that doesn’t feel like work. This is difficult in most industries, but not in mortgage.
This industry is quite simple. Get Realtors to like you and use you as their go-to lender. Once you have 3 top producers, 10 medium producers, and 20 small producers using you… you’ll be making enough money to hire a team that can handle the day-to-day operations.
The trick is… how do you get Realtors to use you? And, how do you get them to stay loyal to you?
That is what we do in my coaching program, INdesign. I chose the name INdesign for a specific reason. I believe that each person is designed to solve a specific problem for a specific group of people. The faster you can identify those people, articulate your unique abilities, and turn that into a personal brand… the faster work will stop feeling like work.
Being INdesign requires no effort. It’s who you already are. Realtors want you to be IN your design. Everyone wants everyone to be IN their design. The people we admire most are the people who have discovered what they have been designed to do and found a way to use it.
Not only will working this way provide you with the money you want… but, it’s just a better way to work. Life’s too short to do something you don’t enjoy.
