If you are doing something that is holding you back, then you will experience a negative emotion.

Both emotions are good. There is no such thing as a bad emotion as both will guide you towards fulfilling your full potential. The key is to pay attention. Frustration, boredom, anxiety, and even depression… all exist as a GOOD THING! They are telling you that living this way will not allow you to become who you were meant to be.

You have heard the phrases “listen to your heart” and “trust your gut.” Said differently, these phrases are telling you to listen to your emotions. These phrases exist all over the world. This is because your emotions never lie.
