I see dead people
Loan officers weren’t always zombies.
When you first started out, you saw a massive opportunity to create financial and time freedom.
You surpassed those goals, and you’re making more money than you ever thought you would.
But something unexpected happened…
You are still unsatisfied…
Your success in mortgage isn’t good enough for you.
You assume that it is money you need more of.
Another 2 years go by and you make a lot more money.
But… the emptiness has only gotten worse.
This feeling sucks…
And, there are many other Loan Officers that feel the same way you do.
This feeling IS A GOOD THING!
Let me explain how you can use this feeling of emptiness to find the excitement you’ve been looking for.
I have a client that has been in the mortgage industry for over 10 years. He has taken home over 7-figures for the past few years and continues to do so. On the outside, he has it all. A massive house at the country club, beautiful cars, and a pile of money in the bank. But on the inside, he’s struggling.
He wakes up in the morning and already feels the stress of the day upon him. The stress isn’t from the business, as his systems are solid. The feeling stems from a deeper dissatisfaction. He knows that he is capable of doing so much more and he is craving the feeling of excitement and passion for his work.
For years, he ignored this feeling. After all, he was doing all the “right things.” He had a successful career and had the wealth to prove it. The problem was that a successful career was never what he wanted. It was freedom he was after. However, he didn’t know what he wanted freedom from.
When I met him, he was at a breaking point. He was dead inside and felt like quitting. Work had become pointless. Sure, he was helping people by providing amazing service and honest advice… but to him, that was just doing “a good job.”
After 2 months of deep coaching work, he started to wake up. He realized that it wasn’t money he was after… it was freedom from his stories that were holding him back. The stories that say: you need to keep grinding, work long hours, and put off your dreams until you are 65. This story is too prevalent within the mortgage industry and it’s enslaving LOs to a life that is empty and monotonous.
There’s another story that people choose to reject. The story of a Loan Officer that has taken back control of his life. He recognizes that a business can run without the owner constantly putting out fires. In this story, you are here on earth for more than just work… you are here to achieve fulfillment by using your divine design in the way it was supposed to be used.
Too many Loan Officers are dead inside. Life doesn’t need to be this way. And, the way out for top-producers is so much more simple than you might think.
